These terms cover using atme.tv ("atme", "we"): the studio, streamer pages, chat, captions, clips and payments. Using atme means agreeing to them. Questions: creators@atme.tv.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Twitch or Kick and are responsible for what happens on your account. Your page's address is yours while you use it; we may take back addresses that impersonate someone or sit unused.

Your streams and content

What you stream, show, say and post is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. You give atme permission to carry, display and store it as needed to run your show, your page and your clips. Follow the rules of every platform you stream to (YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok and others) and the law. Tools like bleeping and moderation help, but they can miss things; they don't move responsibility to atme.

What isn't allowed

• Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harassing, threatening or exposing people, including guests and strangers on your stream.
• Sexual content involving minors, in any form.
• Getting around bans, limits or payments, or attacking atme or its users.

We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Guests and viewers

Joining a streamer's stage puts your camera, mic and name on their live stream and recordings. The streamer decides who comes on and can remove anyone.

Payments

Caption time is bought in advance and used while captions run. Tips and subscriptions go to the streamer through Stripe; atme keeps 1%, and card processing is shown and paid at checkout. Refunds of tips are the streamer's call, through Stripe. Prices can change; anything already bought keeps its price.

Connected accounts

atme acts on accounts you connect only when you or your show bot ask it to. YouTube connections also fall under the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep.

No guarantees

atme is offered as it is. Live video depends on networks and platforms we don't control, so streams, captions or clips can fail. As far as the law allows, atme isn't liable for lost income, lost content or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid atme in the last 12 months.

Leaving

You can stop using atme any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end or change parts of atme; if we close your account for a reason other than these rules, we refund unused caption time.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Using atme after a change means accepting it.
