Creator network terms

Plain language on purpose. This is the whole agreement between you and the atme creator network.

Every deal is opt-in

Being on the network commits you to nothing. Sponsor campaigns appear in your admin with the payout stated up front, and nothing runs unless you opt into that specific campaign.

No exclusivity

You can take your own sponsorships, join other teams or networks, and leave at any time. Leaving ends future campaigns; a campaign window you already opted into finishes as agreed.

You keep 80%

Payouts are 80% to you, 20% to the network, paid to your payout email within 14 days of the campaign window ending. The network's cut covers finding the sponsor, running delivery and producing the report.

The overlay does the work

Campaigns run on your stream overlay automatically during the window. Your side of the deal is keeping the overlay source active while you are live in that window, and not cropping or covering the sponsor asset.

You disclose paid promotion

For every opted-in stream you use the platform's paid promotion setting (YouTube and Twitch both have one). This is required by the platforms and by law, and you confirm it at every opt-in.

We measure delivery

The network samples your public concurrent viewer counts and reports aggregate delivery to the sponsor. That measurement is what gets you paid, and it is the only audience data a sponsor sees.

Either side can end a campaign for cause

A sponsor or the network can pull a campaign, and you can drop out of one, if something is off: content disputes, asset problems, or platform action. Completed delivery up to that point is still paid.

You are independent

You are an independent creator, not an employee or agent of the network. Your channels are yours, and staying inside each platform's rules on them is your responsibility. Payout income is yours to report for tax purposes.
